Do you have a physical store? Where are you located?

At the moment, we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store. However, our storage facility is based in Pasig City.

Which courier do you use for shipping?

Our primary shipping partners are Lalamove and Grab Express.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do! Kindly select Lalamove as your shipping option upon check out and we’ll arrange it for you.

When will my order be shipped?

For same day delivery:

Order cut off for same day delivery is until 5pm. Orders made beyond 5pm will be processed the next shipping day excluding Sundays and holidays.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, COD is only accepted via same day delivery.

*Additional fee will be added to the delivery fee for the purchase service via Lalamove or Grab.
